Long-Term Running Goals:

Establish a significant base so in 2 years, I can run competitively in my age group.

Personal:

Ex-Collegiate X-C and Track guy at Oklahoma State, fell off the running wagon after graduation....started back in Feb 2003, 

Many injuries and set backs...having to learn the hard way, I guess ? But I have a passion for this sport and love to compete !

Excellent workout.....legs felt good...one of those where you felt you could have done a few more.....of course could also mean, maybe I should have been running them harder, too....hmmmmm.

Nah, better to feel you could do more of them IMO or simply need to do more easy miles before the intervals.
